Routing scenarios implemented!

Routing scenarios implemented! We added few more options in Route Table to make it even more flexible. You can now quickly enable/disable any route in Route Table with checkmark, and moreover - you have an option to set time-based Scenario to enable/disable some routes automatically on time schedule.
