AI Automation is now available for IXC Softswitch customers: a joint capability with DealoAgent AI that connects your softswitch to email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and MS Teams — so carrier managers stop copy‑pasting between messengers and the billing UI.
One manager realistically covers 5–10 accounts when every route, rate, partner chat, and spreadsheet update is manual. With AI Automation, the same team can run 100+ accounts on the same payroll — up to 10× profit from the same salary budget.
1. Ask in your native language — IXC updates in batch
What changed: No more clicking through ten screens to add a destination or tweak LCR. Describe what you need — *"Add India Mobile to carriers 1, 2, and 3 with today's rates"* or *"Add terminator SipRoute-B for Cuba Mobile on carriers 1–3"* — and IXC changes land in batch without multi-step UI. Full read, write, and delete coverage across every softswitch capability the platform exposes.
2. Deep analytics on real carrier work
What changed: AI handles work that used to mean Excel and tribal knowledge — for example *how to fill a commitment with carrier X when their targets arrive as a 30-line spreadsheet*. Traffic deltas, balance thresholds, and target-destination reviews are analyzed and summarized before anything is sent to partners.
3. Channels + softswitch in one flow
What changed: DealoAgent reads partner requests from Gmail, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Teams, pulls data from IXC Billing, applies updates in IXC Softswitch, and dispatches replies on the right channel. The switch is already updated when the partner gets *"All set — prices sent"* or a routing confirmation in Teams.
4. Scheduled tasks — set it and forget it
What changed: Define periodic tasks on a daily or custom cadence: batch IXC write-back, then push top destinations, traffic alerts, and balance notices to all carrier channels automatically — no manual trigger each morning.
